Week 22: Intro to MUSIC

Lately, no these past couple of months, all my energy & time has been going in one direction - baby. Reading & informing myself about recommended exercises, products, etc... its all been a bit overwhelming but I'm hanging in there. It's an exciting time in my life right now & I'd love to share my joy with you! Hope that you follow along for the ride :)

Two weeks ago I started a series on Facebook titled "Week by week" where I'll be taking a picture every two weeks so that we can go back later on & see the growing tummy.

Week 20 was very significant because it was the week I FIRST felt movement! And it was Ah-mazing!

Today marks the start of week 22! After daddy concludes his nightly convo with the baby, MUSIC will follow...

Last night we played some Jack Johnson & I think she loved it! Wouldn't stop wiggling inside my belly, which I totally enjoyed! Makes this all more real.  I don't have the words to describe the joy I feel to know there is a little life growing inside of me, which is a product of the love hubs & I share. This is definitely a blessing from above... 

We haven't met, but I'm already smitten beyond belief. 

Violet's 1 year Session

Do you guys remember beautiful Violet? We did a session when she was just three months & look what a gorgeous baby girl she's grown to be! Although I am no longer booking children sessions, but I had to share beautiful Violet :)

Baby Bump: Stephanie

Stephanie was visiting family here in the states as she made her final trip from Germany until her baby boy arrives. She is a military wife & bravely away from family as they begin forming a family of their own!

First comes love... then comes marriage... then...

Lately... OK maybe for the past two months, I've been M.I.A. from social media, including my blog. It's not that I've given up on photography like some may think, it's also not that I've fallen into some type of depression... It's actually the total opposite!

YES we are expecting a bundle of joy in the next couple of months!!!! And as you can imagine, everything else has taken the back seat. Since the day we found out I've wanted to shout it out & tell everyone... but for obvious reasons it wasn't the best thing to do. But now I'm so happy that I'm able to share THE. BEST. NEWS. OF. MY. LIFE. with you! Hubby, Troy & Lola are all very excited about the new addition to our family! I cant even express how grateful we are right now!! :)

The image above is from my first doc appointment, hope to get an updated one on my next appointment ;) I'm currently at 12 weeks & I feel blessed that I haven't gotten morning sickness... the only thing that has taken a toll on me in the last 3 weeks has been exhaustion. Naps are my new best friend!

Now that the great news is out I'll be back to myself on FB & here... I'll be posting my latest work soon!
