Jessica + Frank // Los Angeles Maternity

It was a perfect Southern California day as Jessica & Frank walked hand-in-hand towards me. I had been looking forward to this session for sometime... When Jessica contacted me, right away I knew she was one of the sweetest girls. You know how with some people their personalities just radiate even through email, well yeah, that is Jessica. They are expecting a baby girl and I'm sure she will be gorgeous just like her mama.

This was my last session before officially going on maternity leave (bittersweet for sure), I'm scheduled to deliver my own baby girl next Saturday! Prayers are always appreciated.

Here are some of my favs from that afternoon.

Showering Baby "E" with Love

A couple weeks ago baby "E" & I were showered by some loving people in our lives. I'm so grateful for the family and friends I'm blessed to have. I love to keep celebrations small and that's exactly what we did. I wasn't really able to take many photos, though they were my intentions. Before the guest arrived I did shoot some detail shots of some of the decor & sweet goodies.

 

We played a word search game... and at the end we anonounced that our baby girls name was also in that search & our baby girls name was revealed! >> EDEN ELIANA << I love the sound to it & the meaning of course! That was a huge determining factor for us.. Eden is due to arrive September 14th, only a couple days away. Cant wait to meet our bundle of joy!!

Pacileo Family // Los Angeles Maternity

Maternity sessions have quickly become my favorite. It's a special time in a women's life and a must to get documented. I get teary-eyed just thinking about how the development of a baby is all a miracle. My pregnancy may or may not be contributing to these tears ;) Meet the Pacileo's, they are a military family who over the pass couple of months have had to be separated due to David's duties, but will soon be reunited for good just in time for baby AJ's grand entrance! David was visiting from Texas for the weekend so we decided to take advantage of that and here are some favorites from their session.
